Sunday on the Boat

A day on the lake is the best...especially when you spend it with friends!  We decided it was too hot one Sunday afternoon to sit at the pool...so we hopped on a boat instead!  The boys love the lake - tubing, fishing, driving the pontoon, and jumping into the lake all day.

Field Day at Drew's School

Drew had so much fun at field day this year! His teachers even let Bryan and Tyler participate...they thought that was pretty neat. It was a lot of fun watching Drew "take care" of his brothers and make sure they were having a great time. Of course all the girls in his class couldn't stop touching Tyler and making him laugh. It was a great morning for the Beck Boys!

Drew's Q and U Wedding!

Drew's school puts on a "Q and U Wedding" for the Kindergarten classes.  It is to help kids realize that Q is always with U.  It is the cutest little wedding I have ever been too!!! 

Drew was honored to be asked to be the "Groom - U"!  So off we went to buy him a suit.  He was so handsome and serious about his "role".  The boys of course wanted to dress up also - so they got new suits too. 

The wedding program had all the kids from Drew's class and their role for the ceremony.  Here is the wording for the rest of the program for you to enjoy:

"After the reception the happy couple will take a quick ride to the airport where they will take a quick flight to a quiet country inn in Quebec.  They will dine on quail and squash.  After some rest and relaxation, they will buy a quilt and present it to the queen."

"Thank you for attending our wonderful, quirky, and quite entertaining wedding!"

Drew's Leprechaun Catcher

It snowed 4 inches!!!!!

When you live in Georgia, and only see snow once a year (if you are lucky) 4 inches is A LOT of snow!! We had so much fun playing in the white stuff. The boys were such troopers...they would stay outside for two hours at a time before they realized they were frozen. We don't have boots, snowpants, or mittens that aren't cotton. They loved making snow angels, sleeding and building a snowman!! The snow lasted only 24 hours before it melted away.
