Soccer Time
The boys had a great soccer season this Fall. Tyler is a maniac on the soccer field! When he gets the ball he dribbles down the field and scores...every time!! Bryan has gotten really quick with feet and loves to play offense. His team has been together for two years now and they all play so well together. Drew is the oldest on his team this year and has come such a long way from the previous years. Chad is going to coach Drew's team in the Sring so he is super excited!!
Breakfast of Champions
Drew and Bryan were Breakfast of Champions for their classes in October!! Only 9 kids in each class at their school get this honor...so we are very proud parents! Drew and Bryan didn't know they were going to get to celebrate with each other - neither did their teachers so it was a fun morning!! Way to go D and B!!!

Fall Break 2011
Since the kiddos start school so early down here in the South....it means we get Fall Break in September! So we packed up the van and headed to our favorite place, Hilton Head Island, with our neighbors. Seven glorious days on the beach with seven kids!! We built the biggest sandcastle. People would come by and ask if they could take pictures of it. We had a few people stop and tell us that they have been coming to HHI for 20+ years in September and have never seen a sandcastle as big as ours. Chad and Ben (our neighbor) were quite proud of themselves! Bryan, who loves everything to do with sharks, even caught a baby shark off the beach! We also caught a couple stingrays.
Griz vs. Vols
In September the Griz played the Tennesee Volunteers in football. Drew let us know which team he was rooting for....the VOLS. He is a die hard fan! We walked the boys into school on Friday before Chad and I left for Knoxville to go the game...shh, don't tell Drew we went....and he was so proud to be wearing ORANGE while the rest of his family was in MAROON!
School Started in August!
Bryan started Kindergarten!
Drew is now in 2nd grade!

The moms in the neighborhood all celebrated with a glass, or two, of mismosas after we dropped our children off for their first day of school!! Cheers!

Hilton Head is our favorite!
Every July we get to go to Hilton Head for the SCACS convention. (South Carolina Assoc. of Convenience Stores) This was our fourth year staying at the Hilton Oceanfront Resort - and if you ever need to stay in Hilton Head and you aren't renting a condo or house - you must stay here. The staff are the most friendly people in the industry and the resort grounds are gorgeous. Not to mention the beaches on Palmetto Dunes are fantastic for kids!! All three boys this year got to participate in Hilton's Beach Camp - they met new friends, played in the ocean and pool, went mini golf, watched a movie outside, played games, flew kites on the beach and so much more. The staff fell in love with the boys - I don't know why?!?! :o) Kennedy and I enjoyed some girl time - relaxing in our beach chairs and playing in the sand!! While we were here, Tyler also turned FOUR! He thinks for his birthday every year we should go to HH. I agree with him.
